Support group-wide reporting for education, healthcare, and corporate ventures. You will clean pipelines, document definitions, and build visuals that help leaders spot trends early — always with an eye toward data quality and reproducibility.
Job requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in statistics, economics, MIS, or a related quantitative field.
- 1–3 years of experience with SQL and spreadsheet-based analysis.
- Exposure to BI tools such as Metabase, Power BI, or Looker (any one is fine).
- Basic Python or R for ad-hoc analysis is a plus.
- Clear written communication for metric definitions and caveats.
What you'll do:
You will partner with finance, HR, and venture teams to standardize KPIs and refresh dashboards on a predictable cadence.
- Write documented SQL models or views with naming conventions the team agrees on.
- Validate extracts against source systems and log known limitations.
- Produce monthly packs with commentary on variances vs plan.
- Assist internal audits with traceable data lineage notes.
