Partner with venture leaders on workforce planning, performance culture, and employee experience programmes. You will translate business goals into people strategies while ensuring policies stay fair, compliant, and easy to understand for managers.

Job requirements

  • 4+ years in HR business partner or generalist roles in mid-sized organizations.
  • Working knowledge of Bangladesh labour regulations and common HRIS workflows.
  • Experience supporting hiring managers with role design and interview rubrics.
  • Strong facilitation skills for town halls, listening sessions, and calibration meetings.
  • Excellent English and Bangla for policy memos and employee communications.

What you'll do:

You will operate as a trusted advisor — balancing empathy for employees with clarity on business constraints.

  • Coach managers on feedback, development plans, and difficult conversations.
  • Track engagement signals and propose targeted interventions.
  • Coordinate with talent acquisition on workforce forecasts and onboarding journeys.
  • Support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives with practical playbooks.

What we're looking for

We seek partners who are calm under pressure, discreet with sensitive information, and relentless about follow-through.

  • Experience with OKRs or balanced scorecard style performance cycles is a plus.
  • Exposure to compensation benchmarking projects is helpful.
  • Interest in internal communications and employer branding is welcome.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in HRM, psychology, business, or related field; MBA or MHRM is a plus.
